We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for generating customer quotes and work orders, coordinating product shipping, responding to customer inquiries, reconciling inventory and account issues, and providing support to the sales team. Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer uotes and work orders.
Communicate any special customer requirements or requests to the appropriate department.
Reconcile inventory and account issues to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Coordinate product shipping with the Warehouse, including expediting product if required.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing information on product/order status, shipping details, and changes in customer orders or requirements.
Communicate pertinent customer account information to Account Management, Production, and Management.
Manage consignment levels to ensure contractual levels are maintained.
Assist with special assignments as directed by the Customer Service Manager, Sales Team, or other management.
