  • The Quality Engineer will play a critical role in coordinating the Process Control System (PCS) for the organization. This position entails responsibilities such as data collection, data analysis, facilitating PCS reviews, investigating control violations, and other related activities. The incumbent will collaborate closely with customers and production personnel to achieve these objectives.…
  • Participate in and lead problem-solving initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as 8D, 5Why, PDCA, ICAR, and CCAR.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis for customer returns, driving effective corrective actions.
  • Engage in Continual Improvement projects (CIP) and 5S initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
  • Contribute to daily Dialogue Meetings to foster continuous improvement culture.
  • Implement, enforce, and support company and regulatory quality standards within the manufacturing facility.
  • Audit and review quality data, ensuring adherence to established documents and procedures.
  • Uphold ISO, industry, and quality regulations knowledge to ensure compliance.
  • Address customer returns and requests promptly, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their quality expectations and incorporate feedback into quality processes.
  • Assist in maintaining the document control system, including procedures, customer specifications, and industry standards, particularly ISO-9001 and QMS procedures.
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and training of quality department processes, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions (WIs).
  • Participate in internal and customer audits, facilitating smooth audit processes.
  • Train employees on processes, procedures, and ISO requirements to foster a culture of quality awareness.
  • Undertake special assignments directed by the Quality Manager, contributing to various quality initiatives.
