- Full-phase Bidding Preparation
- Qualify opportunities & define win strategy
- Align internal teams (Ops, Finance, HR) for feasibility
- Costing & Pricing:
- Build detailed cost models (manpower, equipment, vendors)
- Optimize pricing for competitiveness & margin control
- Lead full tender submission (Technical + Commercial)
- Ensure compliance, customization, and value proposition
- Client & Negotiation:
- Manage clarifications, site surveys, pre-bid meetings
- Support contract negotiation (scope, price, terms)
- Mobilization & Handover (Critical)
- Lead post-award mobilization (recruitment, setup, SOPs)
- Ensure smooth handover to PM Units with full operational readiness
- Early phase (1–2 months) Operational stabilization support
- Technical Sale Activities
- Revenue Management
