Lead and manage the Customer Service and documents team to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the end-to-end Ocean Export customer service process, including booking coordination, shipping instructions, documentation, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.
Act as the primary escalation point for customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal departments to ensure prompt and effective problem resolution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and delivering value-added logistics solutions.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Pricing, and other internal departments to ensure seamless shipment execution and service quality.
Ensure all customer requirements, SOPs, and service commitments are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
Monitor customer service KPIs, including response time, shipment visibility, documentation accuracy, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
Handle customer complaints, claims, and service recovery to maintain long-term customer relationships.
Lead, coach, and develop the team through training, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare customer performance reports and participate in regular business reviews with key customers.
Drive continuous improvement in customer service processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
