Identify, develop, and acquire new customers for logistics and freight forwarding services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Understand customer logistics requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective customers.
Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Achieve individual sales targets and KPI objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
