Job Purpose: Expand market coverage and drive revenue growth in the HORECA channel by prospecting new corporate clients, providing product solutions (kitchenware, food storage, thermal bottles, home appliances, etc.), and managing key accounts to achieve assigned sales targets and profitability.
Business Development & Market Expansion:
Identify and target potential corporate clients within the HORECA and B2B project sectors.
Proactively establish contact, arrange meetings with Procurement/Purchasing Managers, and present product catalogues.
Propose suitable product packages tailored to client budgets and hotel/restaurant standards.
Sales Execution & Contract Negotiation:
Prepare quotations, send product samples for testing, and consult on volume discount policies.
Negotiate contract terms (pricing, order volumes, payment terms, delivery schedules).
Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Account Management & Debt Collection:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat orders (re-order rate).
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues regarding product quality or service delivery.
Monitor payment schedules and collaborate with the Accounting department for timely debt collection.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Track market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the HORECA/F&B sector.
Submit weekly/monthly sales reports on pipeline progress, new accounts, and business opportunities.
