- Achieve annual sales target in assigned area of market.
- Achieve sales Delivery target with sustainable growth in alignment with growth strategy of Lixil’s project business
- Achieve sales Contract target with sustainable growth in alignment with grow strategy of Lixil’s project business
- Develop and deliver opportunities through all relevant channels, obtain pipeline for target sales
- Aggressively expand business opportunities by seeking new potential customers in the area of responsibility to increase market coverage, achieve sustainable sales pipeline.
- Cooperating with specification team, sales support team & distributors in order to achieve 30% winning rate
- Keep close to the market movement to adjust activity to ensure continuous grow in sales
- Co-ordinate with customer services department, production, technical services and logistics to ensure prompt delivery, good technical service and product availability to customers' needs
- Often responsible for project sales database update, on time submission of report & forecast potential future projects
- Report to project sales leader
- Other jobs when assigned by the line manager or BOD
Yêu cầu
- University degree
- 2 years experience in Project or B2B sales.
- Understand brand and project market
- Have Problem solving skills, Communication skills, presentation skills.
- Understand sales process & construction process
- Office Communication/ Computing skills
- Networking skills
- Be accountable for own actions.
- Have good technical knowledge/ product knowledge
- Commercial negotiation skills /Good sales closing skills
- Have good learning ability
