Tổng quan

  • Sample Development & Execution
  • Develop samples across all stages (Onsite, Proto, IPT Proto, SMU, Late Add, 360/KAS/SLM, etc.).
  • Receive, verify, translate, and process tech packs, buyer requirements, and orders.
  • Hand over technical details, conduct internal alignment meetings, and track sample delivery progress.
  • Receive buyer feedback/comments and direct implementation to related departments.
  • Monitor garment/fabric test results; notify buyers for approval and advise solutions if needed.
  • Update markers and GSD data for the costing team at each sample stage.
  • Maintain and update tracking charts (keeping, sealing, fitting, outsourced printing) for relevant teams.
  • Process buyer requests, including sample shipment confirmations, WIP updates, and mockups.
  • Graphic & Embellishment Development
  • Review graphic specifications on tech packs (dimensions, colorways, graphic techniques).
  • Coordinate fabric release, track strike-off submissions, and obtain vendor pricing.
  • Submit lab testing, track results, and report findings to buyers.
  • Send strike-offs to buyers for approval and coordinate feedback implementation.
  • Collect and forward external vendor invoices and documents to the accounting team.
  • Production Handover
  • Hand over approved tech packs and sealing comments to the bulk production team.
  • Pass on buyer updates and revisions to production teams in a timely manner.
  • System Management & Product Review
  • Input and update final buyer data into the ERP system to support bulk production.
  • Participate in pre-production / product review meetings to address potential bulk issues.
  • Other Tasks
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
  • Education & Experience: College/University degree in Garment/Textile Technology, or at least 1 year of relevant experience in the apparel industry.
  • Language Skills: Good English communication; proficient in reading and translating garment tech packs/documents.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and standard software.
