Tổng quan

Designing and optimizing organizational structure, job descriptions, and headcount planning
Managing the KPI system, including evaluation processes, training, and performance data analysis
Developing human resources through planning and organizing internal training programs
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and managing employee relations
Building corporate culture through engagement activities and employee satisfaction surveys
Collaborating with C&B and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2 years in General HR, C&B positions.
Proficiency in office software, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills, with an ability to resolve conflicts and work effectively in teams.
Logical thinking, attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a strong spirit of collaboration
Ability to work under high pressure, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
