- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across diverse legal areas and jurisdictions in APAC, supporting activities across manufacturing, procurement, sales, and marketing, with a particular focus on supporting our newly established factory in Vietnam
- Ensure legal accuracy and alignment with corporate policies and compliance with internal contracting standards, legal frameworks, and governance requirements, including escalation of material legal risks when needed
- Manage contract lifecycle processes for the LEGO Group's sales-related and other contracts in the region
- Support the standardisation and continuous improvement of contracting processes, including contributing to playbooks, templates, negotiation guides, and legal tech platform improvements
- Assist with corporate secretarial matters for legal entities across APAC
- Communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-legal stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and effective risk mitigation
- Contribute to legal operations initiatives such as automation, contract analytics, and process optimisation to enhance efficiency and consistency
