Tổng quan
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam's Law on Environmental Protection, Environmental License
- Maintain and improve the ISO 14001 system (aspect/impact assessment, objectives, internal/external audits)
- Develop and maintain chemical management procedures (SDS, inventory, storage, spill response)
- Develop environmental emergency response plans (chemical spills, wastewater system failures, hazardous waste leaks), Organize and evaluate periodic emergency response drills
- Lead on-site investigations: root cause analysis, impact assessment, regulatory reporting, corrective action tracking
- Coordinate periodic health checks and occupational disease screening per Vietnam regulations; Track occupational disease records
- Deliver environmental and occupational health training to employees; Organize awareness-raising activities, campaigns, and competitions (e.g., 5S contests, environmental theme days, safety/environment quizzes) to build a culture of environmental responsibility among workers
- Prepare and submit periodic environmental reports to local, customer,…Maintain corporate compliance reporting through group systems (e.g., Enhesa, Greenstone); Consolidate site EHS/environmental data for monthly/quarterly group reporting; ensure consistency between local regulatory filings and corporate dashboards
- Represent in working sessions with local authorities; third-party auditors, customer; ensure timely, accurate responses to official requests
- Report to EHS Lead
