  • Process Improvement & Optimization: Lead process improvement for replenishment into the
  • strategic bonded warehouse. Analyze current- and future-state supply planning processes, define
  • business rules and edge cases, surface bottlenecks and system disconnect, and drive
  • improvements that reduce manual intervention and cycle time.
  • Inbound Order Coordination (Bonded Warehouse): Own the weekly order adjustment cycle for
  • shipments into the strategic bonded warehouse consolidation point. Review warehouse capacity
  • inventory coverage metrics (available inventory and inventory net of safety stock), item status, and
  • category factors to finalize and distribute the firm-order recommendation file on schedule.
  • Exception & Escalation Handling: Track implementation progress across the weekly cycle; identify
  • pull/push deviations, over-shipments, and repeated expedite failures. Apply documented decision
  • rules, coordinate corrective actions with vendors and operations via official channels, and escalate
  • exceptions with clear justification.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Bridging: Act as the primary liaison between
  • demand, supply, warehouse, and IT/analytics teams. Facilitate requirement-gathering, keep
  • stakeholders aligned on the weekly cadence, present logic models, and lead end-user adoption of
  • new processes and dashboards.
  • SOP & Technical Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, and requirement
  • documents (BRDs/FRDs). Translate validated business logic into structured, versioned
  • documentation and clear visuals (process flowcharts and data-relationship diagrams) that align
  • stakeholders and developers.
  • Data Analysis & Logic Verification: Use SQL to explore internal systems and identify the data
  • needed to solve operational problems, and Power BI to build performance reporting. Rigorously
  • validate business assumptions against system data before requesting IT development, ensuring
  • proposed logic matches actual outputs.
  • Continuous Improvement & Automation: Convert repetitive, judgment-heavy tasks into explicit
  • rule-based logic. Build and maintain Python scripts and dashboards to automate reporting and firm-
  • order preparation, measuring impact against defined KPIs.
  • Maintain reliable attendance. Actively participate in departmental meetings, training, and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
