Tổng quan
- Install, supervise the assembly of machinery, and carry out commissioning and trial operations at customer sites
- Take full responsibility for service activities and provide technical support for operational processes
- Support the sales team and provide technical consultations to customers regarding products and applications
- Prepare and finalize service report documentation and warranty claim submissions
- Conduct training sessions for customer personnel on the operation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Report and provide regular updates to the Service Manager on the technical status at customer sites; follow the directives of supervisors and comply with the Company's internal regulations governing administrative and operational activities.
