Get bid invitations from tendering organizations, go through them, gather information and other requirements.
Accurate and timely responses can be achieved by understanding spot bid specifications and working with the countries involved.
Ensure that input quality is guaranteed by verifying rate and submissions from relevant stations.
Submit quotation to the inviting organization, keep track of the results and their feedback.
Distribute the results to the appropriate stations and take the next steps in the process.
Keep spot bid records up to date in internal reports and record management systems.
Other assignments and participation in related projects, as required.
