Manage sales activities on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
Develop product, pricing, promotion, and campaign plans to achieve revenue targets.
Work with platform MDs and Key Account Managers to negotiate listings, promotional opportunities, and commercial terms.
Oversee product listings, order processing, fulfillment, delivery tracking, returns, and daily store operations.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock allocation and replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, campaign results, and other key performance indicators.
Prepare regular reports and recommend actions to improve revenue, operational efficiency, and profitability.
