Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to ensure timely recruitment
Monitor recruitment performance through KPIs, analytics, and cost optimization initiatives to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
Strengthen the company's employer brand by leading recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
Establish effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment channels
Develop and drive workforce planning strategies aligned with business growth and organizational priorities.
Govern headcount planning and organizational structure to ensure effective resource allocation and organizational efficiency.
Periodically analyze workforce trends, manpower gaps, and key headcount metrics to support strategic decisionmaking.
Develop and oversee the annual Training Plan to build organizational capabilities aligned with business priorities
Design and implement talent identification & development, succession planning, leadership development initiatives and onboarding programs to accelerate employee integration and long-term capability development
Govern & manage employee mobility processes
Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and recommend continuous improvements
Lead and support regional and global HR initiatives to ensure successful implementation within Vietnam.
Drive HR process improvement and digitalization projects to enhance operational excellence and employee experience
Partner with regional and global HR teams
