Search for new customers from company data sources or exploit yourself.
Provide product advice, quotations, and finalize sales contracts.
Receiving and responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or Zalo.
Nurturing existing customers, stimulating repeat purchases and service referrals.
Monitor delivery progress, payments, and provide after-sales support.
Monitor and handle issues related to outstanding cash and cylinder debt.
Update customer information on the management system (ERP, CRM)
Other tasks related to sales and customer service.
