MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Process purchase requests and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company procedures
Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery
Monitor purchase order status and follow up on deliveries to avoid supply disruptions
Maintain procurement records, supplier database, and purchasing documents accurately
Assist in supplier performance evaluation and cost optimization initiatives
Prepare procurement reports and perform data analysis
Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager
