Tổng quan

Understand market trends and needs, advise and implement appropriate business strategies.
Owns customer relationship with a view to continuous improvement.
Accountable for the receivables collection debt.
Establish a sales training program to train and develop new and existing team members.
Corrective action and identify Sales risks.
Weekly / Monthly / Annual Report as required to General Director.
Lead weekly sales meetings to tactically manage sales volumes, pricing, complaints, collections etc.
Represents Sales during Head of Department meetings, works with other functions to resolve issues.
Perform other tasks required by Management Team.
Graduated from University with majors in Business Administration, Sales, contruction or relevant field.
Fluently in English both speaking and writing.
Excellent in Microsoft Office.
At least 3-years experience in similar position, prefer candidates having knowledge in Contruction.
Knowledge about Sales and Services management skills.
Be strong in communication, people management skills, problem solving skills, leadership skills, negotiation skills,…
Be able to go for business trip.
