Control supervise and correct legal document, design document of projects
Manage the architecture design from concept to construction drawing stage of building projects
Update drawings from mark ups
Maintain, create, and follow check lists to ensure consistency and quality of work on every project
Propose initiatives to improve design efficiency
Working as a Team Leader
Review all work for errors and mistakes prior to releasing as complete
Manage/ cooperate to the project team members including architecture, structure, MEP and outsourcing companies
Deal with clients, authorities, vendors, supplier, etc.
Discuss the basic idea with the General Manager and Chief Architect; develop with team members
Elaborate reports on time schedules, quantity and quality of works in the projects
Responsible for checking, monitoring and reporting to the Director and Design Department Manager
Follow company`s design procedures, training Junior Architect
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
