Tổng quan

  • Program Management
  • Lead program kick-off; develop Master Schedule; ensure all APQP/PPAP/SOP milestones are achieved on time
  • Chair program meetings and gate reviews; publish status reports; identify risks and drive issue closure
  • Manage full program documentation to ensure deliverables meet customer and company standards
  • Customer Management
  • Lead customer meetings and program reviews; respond promptly to requirements, changes, and concerns
  • Manage full ECR/ECN process; coordinate internal assessments and drive customer confirmation
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Finance, R&D, Sales)
  • Define functional tasks and accountabilities; drive cross-functional issue resolution and remove execution barriers
  • Cost & Commercial
  • Manage program budgets; monitor costs to ensure profitability targets are met
  • Lead commercial assessment of engineering changes and customer claim negotiations; drive VA/VE cost reduction
  • Quality & Delivery
  • Coordinate with QE to plan APQP and drive PPAP preparation and submission, collaborate with Quality teams to lead 8D root cause analysis and closure
  • Ensure timely availability of materials during prototype and launch phases to support smooth SOP
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
  • PMP certification required
  • 8+ years in the automotive components industry; 5+ years of independent program management experience
  • Proven cases of independently owning programs from business award through SOP; experience managing 2–3 concurrent programs
  • Tier 1 supplier background with proven independent OEM customer management experience:
  • Expert in APQP and PPAP; proficient in CPM and Gantt charts; proficient in MS Project and Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949; familiar with VDA 6.3 and mainstream OEM CSR
  • Strong independent decision-making; ability to analyze complex situations and drive execution
  • Cross-functional influence; ability to drive teams toward goals without direct reporting authority
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, ability to independently maintain customer relationships, remain professional under pressure
  • Strong resilience; ability to maintain high efficiency in high-pressure, multi-task environments

Yêu cầu

  • English Business fluent; able to independently chair meetings and write reports
  • Office Tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with SAP or other ERP systems
