Tổng quan

Receive import-export documents from agents and customers.
Check information on cargo arrival and departure times, submit E-manifest on the customs system, etc.
Verify cargo details and necessary import-export permits (if applicable).
Create cargo notices in the system and send them to the customs clearance team/customers; verify declaration information with customers.
Schedule deliveries for customers and track shipments to the final receiving location.
Handle account receivables, send invoices to customers, and follow up on payments with related departments.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
