Tổng quan

Review invoices and accounting documents, and follow up on missing or non-compliant items
Record business transactions in accounting software
Reconcile cash, bank accounts, receivables, payables, inventory, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses
Support month-end closing activities
Support VAT, personal income tax, foreign contractor tax, and other periodic filings
Prepare management reports, trial balances, and financial statements under supervision
Prepare working papers and supporting files for audits, tax finalizations, and inspections
Maintain complete accounting records and update work progress and deadlines; and
Perform other professional duties assigned by the responsible manager.
