Execute assigned procedures within a workstream with limited supervision, across:
Financial & Tax Due Diligence
Valuation

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Over 2 years of experience in Financial & Tax Due Diligence, or external audit at a consulting firm
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA (or studying towards them) are a strong advantage
Working knowledge of at least one of: Financial & Tax Due Diligence, Valuation & Financial Modelling, M&A Advisory, or Auditing
Good command of English (spoken and written); Japanese is a plus
Strong client communication skills – both written and verbal
Highly motivated, committed, and proactive with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Open-minded and adaptable to using AI tools in daily work to improve efficiency and productivity
Diligent working style with strong teamwork and independent working capability
