Planning & Order Management
Update and provide periodic raw material price quotes to the Department Head and Board of Directors.
Work closely with the Sales and Logistics/Warehouse departments to develop purchasing plans and optimize lead times and import procedures.
Contract & Document Management
Draft, review, and verify terms and conditions in import-export contracts to ensure legal compliance and minimize corporate risk.
Prepare, inspect, and manage complete sets of import-export documentation.
Tracking & Reporting
Track, compile, and report detailed progress on every import/export shipment.
Prepare periodic import-export status reports and analyze/update relevant market trends.
