Manage General Affairs, vendors, security, fire prevention, cleaning, waste management, and maintenance activities at the factory.
Ensure services operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
Monitor operating costs and identify solutions to reduce costs and minimize outsourcing.
Manage the GA team, assign tasks, provide training, and develop employees’ skills.
Monitor and resolve issues and prepare regular reports for management/Board of Directors.
Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance work efficiency.

College/University degree or above.
At least 5 years of experience in General Affairs/Administration, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Good English communication skills.
Good reporting and PowerPoint presentation skills.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools.
Good team management, problem-solving, and work-control skills.
Proactive, responsible, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
