Tổng quan

Receive, analyze, and resolve issues encountered by users during the operation and use of the MIDAS system.
Provide timely support and guidance to users to ensure the effective and smooth operation of the system.
Identify potential system issues and coordinate appropriate actions to minimize operational disruptions.
Support the continuous development and enhancement of the MIDAS system in line with business and operational requirements.
Act as a key liaison between system users and the IT team to communicate business requirements and system-related issues.
Work closely with the IT team to implement bug fixes, system upgrades, enhancements, and other improvement initiatives.
Follow up on system development and improvement activities to ensure that user requirements are properly addressed.
Implement, monitor, and maintain compliance with customer's security policies, standards, and audit requirements, including 6S, policy audit, and other applicable requirements.
Prepare, coordinate, and support security audit activities, including the collection and management of required documents and audit evidence.
Monitor audit findings and areas for improvement, and coordinate with relevant teams to implement and complete corrective actions within the required timeline.
Identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement to maintain audit readiness and compliance performance.
Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
