- Receive tech packages from customers and coordinate with relevant teams to
- Update technical information in the system, prepare the BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Submit material orders to the Purchasing team and follow up on order status.
- Send BOM and Swatch Book to the Sample Room for sample development.
- Review OCPT, FGT results, and material test reports.
- Monitor and update sample/trial status, and provide timely feedback to HQ
- Submit shipment requests to the Shipping team; prepare samples, required
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop new materials and ensure testing and
- Monitor and evaluate sample development progress, including material
- Review and approve production samples/PFC prior to mass production.
- Work closely with the technical team to identify issues and provide
- Prepare technical notes for production to ensure no missing or unclear
- Verify confirmation samples to ensure accuracy before releasing them to
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
