Tổng quan

Lead and coordinate new product development and industrialization projects from project launch to mass production.
Manage project timing, milestones, risks, changes, and action plans to ensure SQCD targets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Industrialization, and Sales.
Work with customers to clarify requirements, communicate project status, and resolve issues.
Collaborate with R&D on product design, technical specifications, and validation plans.
Work with Quality teams on APQP, problem-solving, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with Industrialization teams to ensure smooth product/process transfer into production.
Organize project meetings and Gate Reviews; monitor open issues and project progress.
Prepare project status reports and present key updates to management.
Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and databases.
