Tổng quan
- Prepare all documents for import-export process such as PO, Sales contract, Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Customs Clearance, Insurance & Certificate of Origin, LC, etc..).
- Liaise with MOIT, DOIT about making C/O - Liaise with Customs authorities and depots.
- Coordinate forwarders, express agents, trucking vendors to manage the shipments smoothly.
- Manage warehouse operation to ensure comply with company’s policies and requirements.
- Do other tasks as manager required.
- Please submit your CV in English only. (Chỉ nhận CV tiếng anh)
- Bachelor’s degree in Import/Export, International Trade, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Have knowledge in import & export, logistics & LC payment section, making C/O specially.
- Honest, dynamic, able to withstand high work pressure, proactive and able to pay attention to details.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
Quyền lợi
- Meal Allowance: 50,000 VND per working day.
