Business Development & Sales Execution
Identify and develop new business opportunities with enterprise and SME clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, events, and outbound activities.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, solution consulting, and software demonstrations.
Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable business solutions.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts effectively.
Manage and update sales pipeline accurately through CRM and internal systems.
Achieve assigned sales KPIs, revenue targets, and business objectives.
Collaboration & Market Intelligence
Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demands within Retail & Distribution industries.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to management.
