Be knowledgable about seasonal trends and market trends
Display goods in the store according to the headquarter standard, including the window, the throwing platform, and the store shelf. Any adjustment needs to be sent back to the HQ in time.
To ensure that all new arrivals displayed according to standards
To analyse store performance and products, adjust the store display accordingly
To identify creative and visual ideas, and execute for the store
Receive regular exhibition training from Headquarters.
To communicate and coordinate with the team to improve display in store (including new products, merchandising changes and suggestion for out-of-stock garments)
To receive new display standard from HQ and execute training to all stores
Report to Regional/HQ Visual Merchandiser Team and support them in ad-hoc managerial store duties
