Propose collections targets to meet the company’s overall business plan.
Follow up with MIS and BAU reports to provide key insights and solutions to achieve the assigned targets.
Be in charge of ad-hoc and in-depth analysis for investigation purposes.
Developing Bonus & Service Fee Schemes for Collections / Xây dựng Chương trình Thưởng & Phí Dịch vụ Thu nợ
Composing bonus schemes for individuals of Collections Center, service fee schemes for Collections third parties, and campaigns to boost collection performance
Follow up with reviewing departments to ensure proposals are approved.
Collections Policy Making / Lập Chính sách Thu nợ
Compose and revise regulations on debt management, debt settlement, and collections policies in compliance with SBV and VPB FC regulations and strategies.
Review regulations and processes prepared by the Collections Operation Dept. to ensure compliance with VPB FC’s regulations and strategies.
Prepare and roll out the collections bulletin to relevant departments.
Recording and Monitoring Documents / Ghi chép và Theo dõi Hồ sơ
Record, update, and monitor documents in accordance with internal requirements.
Rolling Out Collections Policies / Triển khai Chính sách Thu tiền
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement approved collections policies.
Reporting / Báo cáo
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required.
