- Monitor and analyze sewing operations for products such as jackets, backpacks, and bags
- Establish standard time for each operation in the sample sewing process
- Design line layouts and propose jigs, attachments, and specialized machinery to improve productivity
- Collaborate with the R&D team to optimize and revise Tech Packs, simplifying sewing operations while maintaining design integrity
- Analyze production processes (backpacks, bags, jackets), develop SOPs, and optimize workflows
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and calculate SMV/SAH for each operation
- Design sewing line layouts, improve productivity, and reduce waste (Lean, Kaizen)
- Monitor line efficiency, analyze root causes, and propose improvements
- Coordinate with R&D, Technical, and Production teams during both sampling and bulk production stages
- Establish labor standards and support product costing
- Train workers on standard operations and process improvements
- Degree or background in Industrial Engineering with hands-on experience in garment manufacturing
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills
- Solid understanding of sewing processes, line setup, SMV, and line balancing
- Good data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work under production pressure
