Responsible for ensuring the school campus is clean, safe and well maintained at all times
Supervise cleaners, security, maintenance and other support staff, including their work schedules, and ensure their duties are completed properly
Responsible for repairs and maintenance, including working with contractors and following up until work is properly completed
Responsible for children's daily meal service, ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are followed and meals are served on time and per Principal's instructions
Responsible for school bus arrangements and ensuring daily transportation runs smoothly and safely
In charge of all school facilities including playground, kitchen area, classrooms, all outdoor areas and swimming pool
Ensure school safety requirements such as fire safety, pest control and other safety requirements are properly followed
Responsible for ordering teaching resources, classroom materials and operational supplies, ensuring they are available when needed
Ensure classrooms and shared areas are ready and properly cleaned for daily school activities
Support the operational requirements for school events, field trips and special activities
Conduct regular checks around the school, identify problems and take responsibility for following through until they are resolved
