Tổng quan
- Job Objective:
- 1. Color Control & Finishing Standards
- Inspect colors based on approved samples / golden samples / color swatches
- Ensure:
- o Correct color (shade, tone)
- o Correct finishing effects (wash, brush, antique, etc.)
- o Consistency across components and finished products
- 2. In-line Inspection (During Production)
- Monitor each production stage:
- Identify defects and request timely corrective actions:
- 3. Color Formula Development & Control
- Work closely with:
- o Paint suppliers
- o Technical / R&D team
Yêu cầu
- At least 5 years of experience in color technology in the furniture industry.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proactive and willing to travel for work when required.
