Tổng quan

  • Work closely with the Costing and Production team to verify all vendor cost sheets, and Garment FOBs, are finalized before production begins
  • Assist in updating cost sheets, ensuring all components (fabric price, width weight, trims, etc) are properly reflected, & review any cost changes with NY Costing team for approval prior to distribution
  • If costing is challenged by any vendors, review the request and present to the NY costing team for approval before any changes are finalized. This might include pattern & marker review from our internal pattern and marker department and/or working with our Sourcing team to validate materials pricing or working with in country teams to validate any graphic costs.
  • Work in our PLM & ERP system to generate cost sheets to set our Inventory Value for accounting, updating as needed to reflect the final cost, and reviewing with our NY Costing team if there are any discrepancies, and then approve the cost sheets in the ERP system.
  • Maintain a spreadsheet Matrix of all final FOBs by style, color, and vendor, which is then published to our Starkville Accounting team as an internal costing control.
  • Maintain a priority log of pending costing items and ensure timely follow up to avoid delays.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on costing status, missing information, or issues requiring resolution.
  • Systems & Software
  • Enter data and perform updates within PLM and ERP costing systems.
  • Extract reports and maintain spreadsheets as needed to support costing activities
