- Expand sales and develop business opportunities with existing MT customers (Nationwide).
- Formulate and execute Sales Strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Manage sales forecasts, sales budgets, and channel performance to ensure sustainable growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations, new SKU listings, promotions, and annual business plans with key retailers.
- Start business with new customers from scratch
- Lead, coach, and develop SV and SR to achieve assigned targets.

- Direct Superior: Japanese board members
- Reporting Lines: Japanese board members
- Team Structure: Approximately 5 supervisors, approximately 20 sales representatives
