Management Level: Manager / Supervisor
To manage all activities including HSE, production planning, and setting strategies (short, medium and long- term strategies) to maintain/ensure the high standards of production performanace, high quality, and on-time delivery. This role ensures continuously improving processes to meet satisfaction and lead the factory to a world-class level.
Establish implementation, review and improve standard work instructions of production operations in a timely manner
Monitor manpower, material resources, equipment to meet production targets and schedule.
Ensure smooth production flow for on-time market support.
Adheres to the standard Quality parameters for the output.
Improves the F2B yield% & Shift Utilization%
Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and process efficiency.
Train and develop the production team to achieve performance targets.
Ensure all employees in production dept comply strictly about all HSE processes, procedures, guidelines/ safety regulations.
Liaises with Maintenance team and internal departments to maintain smooth production outputs
Estimate production costs, manage production budgets and implement cost saving initiatives in production arena.
MIS reporting to Management from time to time
