Tổng quan

Be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to ultimately support the Company’s targets.
Collect data on consumers, competitors, and marketplace.
Consolidate information and translate actionable items, reports, and presentations.
Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover perspective customers’ preferences.
Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
Involve in market research & analysis, developing project’s strategy including pricing, projection, cashflow, collection, financial performance and budget planning.
Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operations.
Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct.
Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research, and implement best practices.
Any other tasks assigned by HOD & Management from time to time.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Management, Finance or related field.
Proven experience as a Strategic Planner or related functions in Real Estate (5 years and above).
Experienced in Real Estate and/or Research will be an advantage.
Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including research design.
Expertise in market research and data analysis, producing reports and presentations to a high standard and having analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude, attention to details.
Highly motivated personality with willingness to contribute, learn and pursue excellence in his/her professional development.
Good at number, excellent in Microsoft, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good working attitude, high level of initiative and integrity.
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, as well as interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning, analytical, presentation and organizational skills.
Team Management Experience is a plus.
Open-minded to innovative ideas & translate into action plans. • Have an eye for new business opportunities.
