Tổng quan

Lead and manage the Operations Team for both sea freight and air freight import/export shipments.
Independently handle and oversee shipment operations, including pricing and quotation management, booking arrangements, documentation, customs coordination, cargo release, and operational issue resolution.
Coordinate effectively with customers, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, warehouses, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Analyze operational situations and identify potential risks proactively.
Organize and monitor shipment records, operational status, and internal reports systematically.
Ensure clear and accurate communication of management instructions to the operation team and provide proper guidance for execution.
Support and guide team members to improve operational quality and problem-solving capabilities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of sea freight and air freight operations, documentation, customs coordination, and pricing.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English or Chinese, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms is preferred.
Candidates familiar with Apple iOS/macOS working environments will be given priority consideration.
