Tổng quan

Maintain ISO standards/ 5S standards/ Compliance standards and Buyer Quality Management System.
Coordinate with Sample/ Merchandising to achieve PCD/ PSD 100% in the plant.
Attend the handling of Buyer Quality Assurance’s and QMS audits, and work on corrective and preventive action plans.
Train the Quality Assurance team to achieve standards at the workplace.
Be responsible for the process to produce garments as per Buyers’ quality standards.
Attend any technical issues related to bulk production with the technical team. Liaise with Fabric mills/ trims suppliers/Embellishment plants/ Washing plants to resolve any quality issues related to the plant.
Work on company values and make the Quality Assurance team understand and practice accordingly.
Be responsible for departmental people capability development.
Overlook the technical side/ inspections, monitor the progress & reporting. Maintain 100% final inspection pass rate for all customers.
Conduct daily morning meetings and risk analysis meetings, preproduction meetings and delivery meetings.
Control labor turnover rate, disciplinary and absenteeism rate of the team.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager
