Tổng quan

  • Accountable for overseeing import and export operations across assigned facilities to ensure seamless factory–warehouse coordination, enabling uninterrupted exports and compliant, on time material and equipment imports.
  • Follow the import/ export plan and work collaboratively with related departments to achieve sales target.
  • Keep team updated, trained on the latest regulations, changes from authorities and government.
  • Supervise & monitor vendors, logistics service providers, and 3rd supply chain in align with company expectation and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and ensure reasonable cost within budget as well as credit control and payment performance with outside partners.
  • Reconcile the quantity of import material on record versus actual, consumptions to ensure the exactness and balance for materials.
  • Supervise the export plan and tracking schedule after delivery to push up sales achievement & shipping scorecards.
  • Follow up the mapping for import and export to figure out the issues and take action timely monthly.
  • Develop initiatives for logistics transformation and supply chain systems (ERP, transportation management systems, analytics) to enhance visibility, integration, and operational control.
  • Review the SOP and shipping procedure adjustment to simplify the processes and effective workflows.
  • Keep the team focus and align with customer expectations, requirements to deliver on time, reliability, and transparency.
  • Consult and support the team for shipping documentation accuracy and visibility to safeguard customs clearance, customer compliance, and supply chain systems.
  • Accountable for enhancing team performance to deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, accurate documentation, strong stakeholder collaboration, and continuous service improvement.
  • Coaching and training team members for clean and clear process, working area.
  • Coordinate and support team for problem solving and improving stakeholder collaboration.
  • Monitor VAT issuance and sales track to ensure accounting compliance on export declaration
  • Instructing and monitoring with the teams for the documents sharing and uploading for payment records to get payment on time.
  • Supervising and guiding L/C in the alignments with cross functional teams for payment terms and speed up in house shipments.
