Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope of work, discrepancies, potential risks, or ambiguities.
Conduct measurements and quantity take-offs to establish the Bill of Quantities (BQ) and Material Lists for the project scope.
Issue Requests for Information (RFIs) to consutlants to resolve queries and gathering sufficient tender information for accurate pricing.
Calling and compile quotations from the suppliers/ subcontractors.
Compile, review, and finalize the commercial submission package.
Execute additional QS tasks or ad-hoc support as assigned by the management team
