We are looking for an Operations Specialist to ensure smooth shipments and manage our daily operations for the responsibilities below:
Contact customers (shippers) to support necessary procedures related to shipments.
Coordinate and monitor daily sea freight operations (Import, Export, Transshipment).
Prepare and process daily shipping documents (B/L, Packing List, Invoice, C/O, permits, etc.).
Provide timely updates on shipment status to customers.
Liaise with shipping lines, ports, overseas agents, and internal departments as required.
Ensure shipment documentation complies with Customs regulations and current laws.
Manage and archive operational records and documents.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
Support ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Report directly to managers or leadership upon request.
