Certification & Compliance Management
Leadership & Training: Manage QA and QC teams. Set departmental objectives and conduct performance reviews. Develop competency matrices and annual training plans. Conduct training on GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, SMETA, HSE and customer requirements. Promote a strong food safety and quality culture throughout the organization.
Internal Audit & External Audit
Quality Management System (QMS)
Establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with company policies, customer requirements and international standards.
Lead and ensure effective implementation of GMP, Food Defense, Food Fraud Prevention, Traceability, Mass Balance and Product Recall Program.
Develop, review and update Quality Manuals, SOPs, Work Instructions and Quality Procedures.
Food Safety Management
Ensure full compliance with Food Safety Management Systems throughout manufacturing.
Lead the HACCP Team and conduct annual HACCP reviews.
Verify validation and verification activities for CCPs and OPRPs.
Ensure water, compressed air and environmental monitoring comply with applicable standards.
Product Quality Control
Manage incoming, in-process and finished product inspections.
Ensure products comply with customer specifications, internal standards and regulatory requirements.
