- To coordinate and monitor washing production plans, packing schedules, inspections, and shipment timelines to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.
- Wash Planning & Control
- Develop and manage monthly overall wash plans for each factory
- Monitor wash progress and control wash delivery and return schedules
- Follow up and expedite approval of Shadeband and technical parameters for first bulk production
- Conduct factory visits to monitor and control production progress
- Packing Management
- Monitor and follow up factory packing schedules to ensure on-time completion
- Final Inspection Coordination
- Prepare final inspection schedules with factories
- Update final inspection schedules to the QA team
- Track and ensure adherence to final inspection timelines
- Shipping Coordination
- Prepare weekly and monthly shipping schedules
- Monitor shipment dates and ensure on-time dispatch
- Issue Management & Coordination
- Consolidate, track, and update issues arising during order execution
- Coordinate with relevant departments and factories to resolve issues promptly
- Escalate critical or exceptional issues to Management
- Update Management on order and style-related information
- Arrange and lead meetings with factories to resolve operational issues
- WFX System Management
- Create FPO and FPPO in the WFX system
- Manage finished goods receiving and assign outbound shipments to external factories
- Reporting
- Prepare reports on wash progress and wash stock status
- Monitor and report pending wash status
- Perform other tasks assigned by Management
- Mục tiêu công việc
- Điều phối và theo dõi kế hoạch wash, lịch đóng gói, lịch kiểm hàng và tiến độ giao hàng nhằm đảm bảo đơn hàng được thực hiện thuận lợi và giao hàng đúng hạn.
- Kế hoạch & Kiểm soát Wash
- Lập và quản lý kế hoạch wash tổng thể hàng tháng cho từng nhà máy.
- Theo dõi tiến độ wash, kiểm soát lịch giao và trả hàng wash.
- Theo dõi và đốc thúc việc phê duyệt Shadeband và các thông số kỹ thuật cho sản xuất bulk đầu tiên.
- Thực hiện đi nhà máy để theo dõi và kiểm soát tiến độ sản xuất.
- Quản lý Đóng gói
- Theo dõi và đôn đốc lịch đóng gói của nhà máy, đảm bảo hoàn thành đúng tiến độ.
- Điều phối Kiểm hàng Final
- Lập lịch kiểm hàng Final với các nhà máy.
- Cập nhật lịch kiểm hàng Final cho bộ phận QA.
