Tổng quan

  • Establish and maintain quality requirements for raw materials for use in Production.
  • Ensure that raw material specifications and control limits are established and updated appropriately –supplier specification.
  • Manage and monitor supplier performance, improvement activities, performance feedback to supplier for material issue.
  • Fully understand supplier’s manufacturing process, control methods, measurement and quality system for developing raw material FMEA.
  • Drive the improvement of quality and performance of suppliers' quality systems including management of change and notification protocols, root cause investigation, documentation and reporting and non-conforming material review systems.
  • Support trouble shooting of supplied material issues and facilitate Root Cause Investigations (RCI) related to supplied materials impact on final product performance and develop mitigation strategies to prevent excursions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as an SQE in the electronics industry, including experience working with suppliers of resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience with risk tools such as FMEA’s and understanding of statistical techniques including Control Charts, Gage R&R is required.
  • Required to have proficient computer skills such as advanced Excel and Power Point use.
  • Moderate English communication skill in both writing and speaking.
  • Prefered experience using formal problem solving methodologies such as 8D, RCCA, QC problem solving story, 5 why, FMEA, or others.
