- Manage end-to-end immigration processes including visas, work permits and TRCs
- Act as a key contact for corporate clients and expatriate employees
- Prepare, review and submit immigration applications and supporting documents
- Liaise with government authorities, embassies, consulates, legal teams and third-party providers
- Advise clients on immigration procedures, timelines, requirements and potential risks
- Monitor changes in Vietnamese immigration laws and regulations
- Keep clients updated throughout the application process and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance throughout each case
- Support and train junior team members as you grow into the role
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Strong communication and client-service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable handling multiple cases
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work with different stakeholders
