Monthly & Annual Book Closing
Perform the closing accounting book monthly and annually.
Cross check General Journal on monthly basis, make sure all account receivables and payables are matching between General Ledger and Sub-ledgers.
Maintain and update fixed asset register including depreciation calculation.
Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments, and deferrals.
Perform intercompany balance and transactions reconciliation with other finance departments.
Financial Statements & Forecasting
Assist the preparation of Financial Statements: Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss.
Assist preparation of Profit & Loss and cash flow forecast.
Tax Compliance & Reporting
Assist finance team on accounting and Tax compliance.
Prepare monthly/quarterly tax reports, including VAT, FCT etc.
Support VAT reclaim submission to Tax authority.
Accounts Receivable & Payable
Review and manage the account receivable and payables.
Inventory & Costing
Review the inventory movement and inventory consumption.
Perform costing calculation for finished goods and WIP.
Tracking inventory in-out, status of WIP and finished goods
Perform the material cost analysis for each orders.
Perform overhead allocation and ensure compliance with costing methodologies and policies.
Other ad-hoc and administrative task
Other tasks assigned by directly manager.
